Our roots began back in 1993  in Charlotte, NC, as a small family run salon. Over the years as Charlotte grew, so did we. Expanding to more than 30 salons throughout North Carolina. As time went on, it would seem the natural evolution of this industry would've eventually lead us in creating an educational epicenter. A foundational institution that would help develop confident and well trained graduates and so Avalon Cosmetic Art Institute is born.
